1. Approve the enclosed criteria of reference of advertisers, advertizing distributors, operators of the advertizing systems which extended in the Internet the advertizing and (or) social advertizing directed to drawing attention of consumers of advertizing and (or) the social advertizing which are in the territory of the Russian Federation to persons obliged to provide information or to provide provision of information on such advertizing and (or) social advertizing in Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Telecom, Information Technologies and Mass Communications.
2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2022 and is effective within 6 years from the date of its entry into force.
