Article 1

Bring in article 14.8 of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 1, Art. 1; 2007, No. 26, Art. 3089; 2010, No. 31, Art. 4208; 2013, No. 51, Art. 6683; 2014, No. 19, Art. 2317; 2020, No. 12, Art. 1648; 2021, No. 13, the Art. 2140) change, having added it with part 7 of the following content:

"7. Refusal in the conclusion, execution, change or agreement cancelation with the consumer in connection with refusal of the consumer to provide personal data, except as specified, if provision of personal data is obligatory according to the Federal Laws and other regulatory legal acts accepted according to them or it is directly connected with agreement performance with the consumer, -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on officials at the rate from five thousand to ten thousand rubles; on legal entities - from thirty thousand to fifty thousand rubles.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective since September 1, 2022.
