1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 31, 2015 No. 1193 "About wages system of civil servants, employees of the organizations containing at the expense of means of the government budget, employees of the state companies" the following change:

2) to approve price-work quotations in case of piece-work pay of workers;

To establish 3) at the expense of means of the local budget the stimulating allowances to official pay rates of employees of the organizations financed from the local budget for the decision of the relevant local representative bodies. The procedure and conditions of establishment of the stimulating allowances to official pay rates of employees of the organizations financed from the local budget are determined by the relevant local executive body.".

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
