About modification of the Order of the Government No. 1276/2018 about approval of procedures of access to measures for employment of the population

Based on Article 3, Item and) parts (1) Articles 20, parts (2) and (4) Articles 36, parts (1) and (5) Article 38 and parts (1) and (2-1) articles 41 of the Law No. 105/2018 on assistance of employment of the population and insurance on unemployment (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 295-308, 448), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1276/2018 about approval of procedures of access to measures for employment of the population (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2019, Art. No. 38-47, 66), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in all text of the resolution and in appendices the text "The Ministry of Health, work and social protection" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Labour and Social Protection" in the corresponding grammatical form;

Item 1 of the resolution to add 2) with subitem 10-1) of the following content:

"10-1) Procedure of subsidizing of transportation expenses for persons with the expressed or heavy extent of restriction of opportunities from among the finding a job unemployed, according to appendix No. 10-1;";

3) in the subitem 3) of Item 31 of appendix No. 1 the text "or did not gain income for the last 12 months, preceding registration date" to exclude;

4) in appendix No. 5:

a) in Item 2 of figure "18" to replace with figures "12";

b) state Item 25 in the following edition:
