About some questions of use of information on bank account details of citizens

(as amended of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 29.12.2023 No. 2386)

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. Determine that till June 1, 2022. The Pension Fund of the Russian Federation has the right to receive by means of the Single state information system of social security information on bank account details of the citizen for money transfer in the presence of its consent to use of the specified bank account details for the purpose of receipt of measures of social protection (support) which purpose and provision is in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation referred to competence of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation.

3. Suspend till April 1, 2022 Item 7 and till June 1, 2022 action of Item 16 of Rules of transfer by citizens by means of the federal state information system "Single Portal of the State and Municipal Services (Functions)" of bank account details of citizens in the Single state information system of social security and their use for provision of measures of social protection (support) and social payments, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 8, 2021 No. 1150 "About transfer by citizens by means of the federal state information system "Single Portal of the State and Municipal Services (Functions)" of bank account details of citizens in the Single state information system of social security and their use for provision of measures of social protection (support) and social payments and about modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 14, 2017 No. 181" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 29, the Art. 5656).
