Determine that legal entities whose special permissions (licenses) according to subitem 2.6 of Item 2 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of September 9, 2005 No. 11 "About enhancement of state regulation of production, turnover and advertizing of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products and non-food ethyl alcohol" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 142, 1/6770) (further - the Decree) are valid during the term for which they are issued, without introduction of changes in them regarding the name of the licensed type of activity shall provide observance of the licensed requirements and conditions provided in subitem 7.1 of Item 7 of the Regulations on state regulation of production, turnover and advertizing of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products and the non-food ethyl alcohol approved by the Decree before entry into force of this Decree.
