About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of December 14, 2021 No. 70
Based on part one of Item 3 of article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of August 27, 2008 No. 429-Z "About state regulation of production and turnover of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products and non-food ethyl alcohol", Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. No. 70 "About establishment of cost" to add Item 1 of the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of December 14, 2021 with subitem 1.4 of the following content:
"1.4. excise stamp on self-adhesive basis format 110 x 17 mm for marking of the alcoholic beverages imported on the territory of the Republic of Belarus to which implementation of import the exclusive right of the state, in the amount of 3 Belarusian rubles does not extend.".
2. This resolution becomes effective since April 18, 2022.
