Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of ensuring application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About modification of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About social benefits" of October 6, 2020 I DECIDE No. 181-VIQD in connection with the introduction of the specified Law in force:

1. In the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About increase in the size of social benefits" of August 29, 2013 No. 973 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2013, No. 8, Article 916; 2014, No. 3, Article 251; 2016, No. 1, Article 69; 2018, No. 7 (I book), Article 1454; No. 4, Article 640) at the end of subitem 1.1.11.2 sign of point to replace 2019, with sign of semicolon and to add with subitem 1.1.12 of the following content:
