I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 15, 2021 No. 491 "About approval of the list of the types of activity which are technologically connected with the expert activities referred to the state monopoly" (It is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 24433) the following change:

in the List of the types of activity which are technologically connected with the expert activities referred to the state monopoly, approved by the specified order:

state preamble in the following edition:

"According to Item 9 of article 193 of the Entrepreneurial code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Item 2 of article 64-4 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About architectural, town-planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan" I ORDER:".

2. To provide to committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective since July 1, 2022 and is subject to official publication.
