Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for realization by law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Belarus for the Agreement between the Republic of Belarus and Ukraine about the simplified procedure for change of nationality by the citizens of the Republic of Belarus who are constantly living in Ukraine and the citizens of Ukraine who are constantly living in the Republic of Belarus.
2. To chiefs of Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Minsk city executive committee, the Departments of Internal Affairs of regional executive committees to organize studying by staff of this resolution and to provide strict accomplishment of its requirements.
