2) Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of length-of-service allowances to employees of cultural institutions, arts, information and sport according to appendix 2;

3) the frequency rate coefficients to official pay rates applied in case of determination of the size of official pay rates of employees of cultural institutions, arts, information and sport according to appendices 3-11.

2-1. Determine that:

1) coefficients of frequency rate of artistic personnel of the Kyrgyz national award of V. I. Lenin of the academic opera and ballet theater of A. Maldybayev, the Kyrgyz national philharmonic hall of T. Satylganov, the Kyrgyz national academic drama theater of Toktobolot Abdumomunov and the State national Russian drama theater of the Kyrgyz Republic of Chinghiz Aitmatov are established 20 percent above established in appendix 6 to this resolution;

2) coefficients of frequency rate of artistic personnel of the Osh national drama theater of S. Ibraimov and the Osh state Uzbek academic musical and drama theater of Babur are applied according to appendix 6 to republican value to this resolution.

3. To the Ministry of Culture, information, sport and youth policy of the Kyrgyz Republic to create the stimulating salary fund:
