About suspension of operation of the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of April 26, 2011 No. 237

According to the Law of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 2102-IX "About approval of the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine", the Law of Ukraine "About legal regime of warlike situation", Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 24, 2020 90) I ORDER to No.:

1. Suspend the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of April 26, 2011 No. 237 "About approval of the Procedure for import to the territory of Ukraine of the unregistered medicines, standard samples, reagents", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 11, 2011 for No. 965/19703, before the termination and cancellation of warlike situation in Ukraine.

2. (I. S. Zadvornykh) to provide to management of provision of medicines submission of this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To management of provision of medicines (I. S. Zadvornykh) to bring this order to the attention of the State Customs Service of Ukraine.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy minister Komaridu A. A.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
