Make change to Item 1 of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for accomplishment of the state target programs of reforming and development of defense industry complex, development, development and implementation of new technologies, building-up of the available production capacities for the production of defense products approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 23, 2016 No. 544 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 69, of the Art. 2329), having added it with the paragraph of the following content:
"In the conditions of warlike situation the implementation of actions according to the specified budget program is enabled according to provisions of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 28, 2022 No. 169 "Some questions of implementation of defense and public purchases of goods, works and services in the conditions of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 25, the Art. 1254).".
