I. In Item 3 of the Section X "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About public purchases" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2019, No. 45, Art. 289 with subsequent changes) figures and the words "March 31, 2022" to replace with figures and the words "April 1, 2023".

II. Final and transitional provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

"About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning ensuring timely access for patients to necessary medicines and medical products by implementation of public procurements with involvement of the specialized organizations conducting procurement" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2015, No. 24, of Art. 164 with subsequent changes) figures and the words "April 30, 2022" to replace 1) in Item 1 of the Section II "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine with figures and the words "April 1, 2023";

2) in part seven of article 33 of the Law of Ukraine "About ensuring functioning of Ukrainian as state" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2019, No. 21, Art. 81; 2020, 16, the Art. 101) figures and the words "March 31, 2022" to replace No. with figures and the words "April 1, 2023";
