About modification of the Instruction about procedure for regulation of activities of banks in Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 30, of 35, of 66, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of ensuring stable activities of banks and timely accomplishment of obligations to investors and other creditors by them the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for regulation of activities of banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 28, 2001 No. 368, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 26, 2001 for No. 841/6032 (with changes), the following changes:

1) in the subitem "e" of Item 1.3 of Chapter 1 of the Section II:

to add the subitem after the paragraph of the seventh with the new paragraph the eighth the following content:

"share par value (shares) of own issue which sale is performed by bank with payment deferral before the date of receipt by bank of money in full amount according to all shares (shares) according to the purchase and sale agreement;".

With respect thereto paragraphs of the eighth - to consider the seventeenth respectively paragraphs the ninth - the eighteenth;

in the paragraph the twelfth words of "ninth, tenth" shall be replaced with words "tenth, eleventh";
