1. in the Rules of carrying out educational work with convicts to imprisonment approved by the specified order:

"43. Concerning the convict serving custodial sanction which before departure of term of punishment had one year resocialization it is performed by administration of organization together with local executive bodies in the form of rendering social legal assistance.

The administration of organization at the same time constitutes on the rendering social legal assistance condemned the individual program for the form approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 23, 2014 No. 1131, necessary for social adaptation after release which goes to local executive bodies at the place of residence elected by the convict.

The individual program of rendering social legal assistance is implemented by administration of organization in the place of dislocation of organization together with local executive bodies which within two working days after release of the convict goes to local executive bodies in the place of departure of the convict.
