About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic regulating activities of subordinated divisions of the Ministry of Labour, social security and migration of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of streamlining of decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Center of rehabilitation of persons with limited opportunities of health under the Ministry of Labour and social development of the Kyrgyz Republic" of July 29, 2011 No. 429 the following changes:
Shall be replaced with words 1) in the name and Item 1 of the word "with limited opportunities of health under the Ministry of Labour and social development" "with disability under the Ministry of Labour, social security and migration";
2) in Regulations on the Center of rehabilitation of persons with limited opportunities of health under the Ministry of Labour and social development of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in the name of the word "with limited opportunities of health under the Ministry of Labour and social development" shall be replaced with words "with disability under the Ministry of Labour, social security and migration";
- state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. The center of rehabilitation of persons with disability under the Ministry of Labour, social security and migration of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the Center of rehabilitation) is subordinated organization of the Ministry of Labour, social security and migration of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the Ministry).";
- in Item 3:
to state paragraphs of the fifth, sixth in the following edition:
