About change of the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of January 26, 2012 No. 2

Based on the paragraph of third subitem 1. 1, subitems 1.4 and 1.5 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 14, 2020 No. 533 "About statistical declaration of goods", subitem 10.7 of Item 10 of the Regulations on the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2008 No. 228, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of January 26, 2012 No. 2 "About statistical declaration of goods" the following changes:

1.1. to be reworded as follows appendix to this resolution it (is applied);

1.2. in the Instruction about procedure for filling and registration of the statistical declaration, modification of the registered statistical declaration, and also its cancellations approved by this resolution:

add Item 2 with the paragraph of the following content:

"the term "partner" is understood as person acting as the party of the agreement in foreign trade with the exporter or the importer.";

in Item 6:

to state paragraphs of the first and second in the following edition:

"6. In the column 2 "Information about Persons" of the statistical declaration are specified:

in the Section 2a "Exporter/importer" – the information about the resident who is the exporter (importer) of goods according to the agreement in foreign trade:";
