of March 22, 2022 No. 197

About modification of Fire safety regulations in Ukraine

According to Item 12 of the Section XII "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About inland water transport", for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act in compliance with the current legislation I order:

1. In the paragraph the second Item 1 of the Section I of the Fire safety regulations in Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of December 30, 2014 No. 1417, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 5, 2015 for No. 252/2669, of the word "the sea and river constructions which are afloat" shall be replaced with words "floating constructions".

2. To provide to department of interaction with Public service of Ukraine on emergency situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (V.'s Racer) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
