The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Make change to Item 8 of the Procedure for appointment and payment of temporary government assistance to children whose parents evade from payment of the alimony have no opportunity to contain the child or their place of residence it is unknown, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of February 22, 2006 to No. 189 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, No. 8, Art. 446; 2018, to No. 90, the Art. 2982), having stated it in the following edition:

"8. The temporary help is appointed taking into account financial position of family in which the child is brought up, in the amount of which is equal to difference between 100 percent of subsistence minimum for the child of the corresponding age and average monthly comprehensive income of family counting on one person for the last six months, but it is at least 50 percent of subsistence minimum for the child of the corresponding age.

Average monthly comprehensive income of family is the income of all family members estimated on average in month gained by them within the last six months.

The last six months constitute two quarters preceding month, prior month of the request for purpose of the temporary help.".
