DECISION OF BOARD OF THE EURASIAN ECONOMIC COMMISSION

About modification of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of September 20, 2010 No. 378

According to Item 2 of Article 8 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Bring in the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of September 20, 2010 No. 378 "About the qualifiers used for filling of customs papers" changes according to appendix.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

to the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of May 31, 2022 No. 88

The changes made to the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of September 20, 2010 No. 378

1. Subsection 1.1 of the Section of 1 qualifier of privileges on customs payment (7) after line item with the KI code to add appendix with line items of the following content:

"Exemption of import customs duty concerning the goods used for production and the realization of food products imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union for the purpose of implementation of measures, directed to increase in stability of economies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, and included in the list according to appendix No. 2 to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of March 17, 2022 No. 37
