About modification of the Regulations on licensing of activities for collection, transportation, processing, utilization, neutralization, placement of waste of the I-IV classes of danger

1. Bring in the Regulations on licensing of activities for collection, transportation, processing, utilization, neutralization, placement of waste of the I-IV classes of danger approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 26, 2020 No. 2290 "About licensing of activities for collection, transportation, processing, utilization, neutralization, placement of waste of the I-IV classes of danger" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 1, Art. 149; 2022, No. 10, Art. 1525), following changes:

a) to replace paragraph two of the subitem "e" of Item 3 with the text of the following content:

"availability of the necessary for accomplishment declared works of the buildings, structures, constructions and rooms belonging to the license applicant (licensee) on the property right or other legal cause and conforming to requirements:

Item 1 and paragraphs two and the fifth Item 2 of Article 11 and article 12 of the Federal law "About Production Wastes and Consumption" - for the license applicant;

articles 11 and 12 of the Federal law "About Production Wastes and Consumption" - for the licensee;";

b) add item 4 with the subitem "v" of the following content:

"c) absence at the license applicant (licensee) of the vehicles which are specially equipped and supplied with special signs belonging to it on the property right or other legal cause necessary for accomplishment of the declared works and conforming to requirements of article 16 of the Federal law "About Production Wastes and Consumption".".

2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2022.
