About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on the National commission on the financial market No. 192/1998 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 117-126BIS), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

1. In part (2) Article 10 of the word "from five members", shall be replaced with words "from three members,".

2. State Article 13-1 in the following edition:

"Art. 13-1. - The chairman and vice-chairmen of the National commission hold responsible state positions by appointment.".

3. In part (1) Article 19 of the word "at least three" shall be replaced with words "at least two".

4. Item d) parts (Article 25 to state 1) in the following edition:

"d) distributes obligations and powers of vice-chairmen confirmed by the resolution of the National commission;".

Art. II. - In the Law on the status of persons who are taking up responsible state positions, No. 199/2010 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 194-196, 637), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In Article 19 of the word "the chairman, the vice-chairman, the member of the National commission on the financial market," shall be replaced with words "the chairman, the vice-chairman of the National commission on the financial market,"

2. In appendix "The chairman, the vice-chairman, the member of the National commission on the financial market" to state line item in the following edition:

"Chairman, vice-chairman of the National commission on the financial market".

Art. III. - (1) This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
