About National telebroadcasting corporation of the Kyrgyz Republic

This Law regulates questions of management of National telebroadcasting corporation of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - Corporation) and is directed to creation of conditions for development of information space of the Kyrgyz Republic, and also further enhancement of national TV and radio broadcasting.

Chapter 1. General provisions

Article 1. Subject of regulation of this Law

Subject of regulation of this Law are organization-legal bases of activities of Corporation, its legal position, and also the main directions of realization of state policy in the field of preparation of the objective information (national media content) and other teleradio products in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic and beyond its limits.

Article 2. The legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic regulating activities of Corporation

The corporation in the activities is guided by the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of mass media, this Law and other regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic, Articles of incorporation, and also the international treaties which became effective according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Article 3. The basic concepts applied in this Law

The basic concepts used in this Law are applied in their value provided by the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About television and broadcasting".

Article 4. Legal position of Corporation

1. The corporation has special status of public institution.
