About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 14, 2012 No. 146 and of May 26, 2014 No. 506

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 14, 2012 No. 146 "About approval of the Regulations on pre-judicial dispute settlement (disagreements) connected with implementation of investments":
in preamble shall be replaced with words the word "years" "No. 424-Z";
in Item 1:
exclude the word "enclosed";
add Item with the word "(is applied)";
in paragraph one of Item 3 of the Regulations on pre-judicial dispute settlement (disagreements) connected with implementation of investments, approved by this resolution to replace the word "three-months" with the word "six-months";
1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 26, 2014 No. 506 "About business plans of investment projects":
in Item 1:
exclude the word "enclosed";
add Item with the word "(is applied)";
in Regulations on the procedure for the organization of development, approval and consideration of business plans of investment projects, and also conducting examination of investment projects approved by this resolution:
exclude paragraph two;
add Item with part of the following content:
"The term "investment project" is used in the value determined in article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 12, 2013 No. 53-Z "About investments".";
in Item 11 the word "approved" to replace with the word "established";
