Article 1. Article 159 to state 1) in the following edition:

"Article 159. Abuse of regulations of content and use of premises, rules and regulations of technical operation of housing stock, rules of management of apartment houses

Abuse of regulations of content and use of premises, sanitary content of places public, abuse of regulations and regulations of technical operation of housing stock (except as specified, provided by parts two and third this Article), content in premises of apartment apartment houses of the cattle, and people of animals equally hazardous to health -

"Article 266-5. Inspectorate for control in the field of operation of apartment housing stock under the Ministry of housing-and-municipal servicing of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Inspectorates for control in the field of operation of apartment housing stock under the Ministry of housing-and-municipal servicing of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also are subordinated to its territorial inspections cases on the administrative offenses provided by parts one (regarding abuse of regulations of content and use of premises in apartment houses, rules and regulations of technical operation of apartment housing stock), the second and third article 159 of this Code.

Consider cases on administrative offenses and apply administrative punishments in the form of imposing of penalty on behalf of Inspectorate for control in the field of operation of apartment housing stock under the Ministry of housing-and-municipal servicing of the Republic of Uzbekistan has the right:

the chief of Inspection and chiefs of departments of Inspectorate for control in the field of operation of apartment housing stock under the Ministry of housing-and-municipal servicing of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

chiefs of territorial inspections of Inspectorate for control in the field of operation of apartment housing stock under the Ministry of housing-and-municipal servicing of the Republic of Uzbekistan".

Article 2. Bring in the Tax code of the Republic of Uzbekistan approved in the new edition by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 30, 2019 No. ZRU-599 (Sheets of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2019, appendix 1 to No. 12; 2020, No. 3, Art. 198, No. 10, Art. 593, No. 11, Art. 652, No. 12, Art. of the Art. 690, 691; 2021, No. 1, Art. 6, No. 4, Art. 294, appendix to No. 4, No. 8, Art. 800, No. 9, Art. 901, No. 10, Art. of the Art. 968, 969, 972, 973, No. 12, Art. 1199), following amendments and change:

Part one of Article 243 to add 1) with Item 16-1 of the following content:

"16-1) services and works rendered and which are carried out by management companies or managing directors of apartment houses on management, maintenance and repair of common property, and also improvement of the parcels of land adjacent to apartment houses";

Article 304 to add 2) with Item of 61 following contents:

"61) the means received by management companies or managing directors of apartment houses from the rendered services and the performed works on management, maintenance and repair of common property, and also improvement of the parcels of land adjacent to apartment houses";

Item 2 parts three of Article 411 to state 3) in the following edition:

"2) housing and communal services and other municipal economy of all-civil appointment, used for purpose. Objects of sanitary cleaning, improvement and gardening, outside lighting of the cities and settlements, water (with water intaking and treatment facilities), sewer (with treatment facilities), gas, boiler and thermal distribution networks (with constructions on them) for household needs and the population, and also the buildings intended for rendering technical services and repair of objects of housing and communal services, rendering services by management companies or managing apartment houses on management, maintenance and repair of common property, improvement of the parcels of land adjacent to apartment houses belong to objects of housing-and-municipal and other municipal economy of all-civil appointment";

Item 12 parts two of Article 426 to state 4) in the following edition:

"12) occupied under apartment houses and hostels, and also the parcels of land adjacent to apartment houses, except for the parcels of land occupied under uninhabited real estate objects".

Article 3. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 6, 2020 No. ZRU-600 "About the state fee" (Sheets of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2020, No. 1, the Art. 1, No. 3, the Art. 201, No. 5, the Art. 298, No. 10, the Art. 593, No. 12, Art. 691; 2021, No. 1, Art. 13, appendix to No. 4, No. 7, Art. 661, No. 8, Art. of the Art. 800, 803, No. 10, Art. 968) following amendments:

Part one of Article 8 to add 1) with Item 13-1 of the following content:

"13-1) Inspectorate for control in the field of operation of apartment housing stock under the Ministry of housing-and-municipal servicing of the Republic of Uzbekistan and its territorial inspections - in the claims submitted for consideration of courts according to the powers assigned to them in the field of content and operation of apartment housing stock";

Part one of Article 9 to add 2) with Item 14-2 of the following content:

"14-2) Inspectorate for control in the field of operation of apartment housing stock under the Ministry of housing-and-municipal servicing of the Republic of Uzbekistan and its territorial inspections - in the claims submitted for consideration of courts according to the powers assigned to them in the field of content and operation of apartment housing stock";

Part one of Article 10 to add 3) with Item 10-4 of the following content:

"10-4) Inspectorate for control in the field of operation of apartment housing stock under the Ministry of housing-and-municipal servicing of the Republic of Uzbekistan and its territorial inspections - according to the applications submitted for consideration by courts according to the powers assigned to them in the field of content and operation of apartment housing stock".

Article 4. To provide to the ministry of housing-and-municipal servicing of the Republic of Uzbekistan execution, bringing to contractors and explanation among the population of essence and value of this Law.

Article 5. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

bring decisions of the government into accord with this Law;

provide review and cancellation by state bodies of their regulatory legal acts contradicting this Law.

Article 6. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
