About change of the resolution of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus of August 8, 2013 No. 38
Based on Items 9 and 10 of article 68 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 22, 2002 No. 133-Z "About state registration of real estate, the rights to it and transactions with it", subitem 4.39-2 of Item 4, of subitem 5.1 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 958, the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. In Item 1 of the Instruction on procedure for the certificate the registrar of the documents which are the basis for state registration of the real estate transaction approved by the resolution of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus of August 8, 2013 No. 38, of the word "Item 17.76 of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed by state bodies and other organizations concerning legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of February 17, 2012 No. 156" shall be replaced with words "subitem 16.1.6 of Item 16.1 of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of the managing approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2021 No. 548".
2. This resolution becomes effective since March 27, 2022.
