About modification and recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of optimization of activities of subordinated divisions of the Ministry of natural resources, ecology and technical supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to the article 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About organizational measures in connection with approval of structure and structure of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 6, 2021 No. 242 the following change:

- to state subitems 57-59 of item 4 in the following edition:

"57) the State company "Kyrgyzgeologiya" under the State agency of geology and subsurface use under the Ministry of Energy and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic in the state company "Kyrgyzgeologiya", with its transfer to maintaining the Ministry of natural resources, ecology and technical supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic with the respective state, financial and material resources;

58) the State company "Central Laboratory" under the State agency of geology and subsurface use under the Ministry of Energy and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic in the State company "Central Laboratory", with its transfer to maintaining the Ministry of natural resources, ecology and technical supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic with the respective state, financial and material resources;

59) Cross-industry training center under the State agency of geology and subsurface use under the Ministry of Energy and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic in Cross-industry training center, with its transfer to maintaining the Ministry of natural resources, ecology and technical supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic with the respective state, financial and material resources;".

2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the Ministry of natural resources, ecology and technical supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 15, 2021 No. 263 the following change:

- to state the scheme of management of the Ministry of natural resources, ecology and technical supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the specified resolution in edition according to appendix 1 to this resolution.

3. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of subordinated divisions of the Ministry of natural resources, ecology and technical supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 24, 2021 No. 338 the following changes:

1) in Item 1:

- declare subitem 2 invalid;

- add with subitems 8 and 9 of the following content:

"8) the Charter of the State company "Kyrgyzgeologiya" under the Ministry of natural resources, ecology and technical supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 8;

9) the Charter of the State company "Central Laboratory" under the Ministry of natural resources, ecology and technical supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 9.";

2) in Regulations on Department of geology and subsurface use under the Ministry of natural resources, ecology and technical supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- declare Item 10 invalid;

- to declare the paragraph of the sixth of Item 14 invalid;

"17. The ministry approves structure and the staff list of Service, within the established regulations of the salary fund and the number of staff of employees of Service.";

- the fifth Item 18 to declare the paragraph invalid.

4. Declare invalid:

2) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the Ministry of Energy and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 5, 2021 No. 80;

3) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About reorganization of some state companies in the field of geology and subsurface use" of April 23, 2021 No. 170.

5. Determine that the realization of this resolution is enabled within the approved number of staff and the provided means of the Ministry of natural resources, ecology and technical supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic in the republican budget for the corresponding year and the next years.

6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

7. This resolution becomes effective after seven working days from the date of official publication.
