About modification and amendments in the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan

5. To state Item 1 of Article 24 in the following edition:
"1. Everyone has work right to liberty, the free choice of kind of activity and profession. Forced labor is allowed only based on court resolution about recognition guilty of making of criminal or administrative offense or in the conditions of emergency or warlike situation.".
