About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of December 24, 2013 No. 203

1. Bring in the Instruction about order of registration of notary offices and notarial bureaus and maintaining the register of notary offices and notarial bureaus approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of December 24, 2013 No. 203, the following changes:
in Item 6:
after part one to add Item with part of the following content:
"When replacing the certificate is granted in form according to appendix 1 or 2. In case of replacement of the certificate granted in the form operating till January 3, 2021 in the certificate instead of the order of the chief of head department of justice the name of head department of justice, date and number of registration of notary office, bureau or date of replacement of the certificate are specified.";

in part five of the word "about cancellation" to replace with the word "cancellations";
add the Instruction with Item of 61 following contents:
"61. In case of loss of the original certificate by head department of justice its duplicate is issued.
The duplicate of the certificate is issued based on the data containing in the magazine of registration of notary offices, notarial bureaus (further, unless otherwise specified, – the magazine), in form according to appendix 1 or 2.
