About modification of the Regulations on single state system of civil protection

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Make change to the Regulations on single state system of civil protection approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 9, 2014 No. 11 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 8, of the Art. 245), having added with its Item 24-1 of the following content:

"24-1. Additional tasks of single state system of civil protection during the recovery period are:

carrying out target mobilization for mitigation of consequences of conducting military operations and emergency situations;

mitigation of consequences of military operations in settlements and in the territories which were affected by weapons of destruction;

taking measures for recovery of objects of critical infrastructure of the sphere of life support of the population;

determination of the settlements and areas requiring conducting humanitarian mine clearing, marking of dangerous sites, carrying out cleaning (mine clearing) the territories;

attraction to mitigation of consequences of conducting military operations and emergency situations of international aid.".
