About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning prohibition of political parties

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of administrative legal proceedings of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2017, No. 48, the Art. 436):

Part the second Article 22 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2. To Appeal administrative court in the appeal district which includes the city of Kiev as to Trial Court administrative cases are jurisdictional:

1) concerning appeal of decisions, actions or failure to act of Central Election Commission (except determined by part four of this Article), actions of presidential candidates of Ukraine, their authorized representatives;

2) about prohibition of political party, stipulated in Article 289-3 of this Code";

To exclude 2) in part one of Article 27 of the word "about prohibition (forced dissolution, liquidation) of political party";

Part the second Article 161 to add 3) with the paragraph third the following content:

"In case of giving in court the direction of the copy of the action for declaration and the documents attached to it is performed by the subject of powers of authority of the claim for prohibition of political party according to the paragraph to the second part three of Article 289-3 of this Code";

Part the second Article 245 to add 4) with Item 8-1 of the following content:

"8-1) prohibition of political party and cession of property, money and other assets of political party, its regional, city, district organizations, primary departments and other structural educations in property of the state";

Paragraph 2 of Chapter 11 of the Section II to add 5) with Article 289-3 of the following content:

"Article 289-3. Features of production on cases on administrative claims for prohibition of political party

1. Rules of this Article extend to consideration of administrative cases about prohibition of political party.
