About modification of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of October 14, 2012 No. 1377 "About the Disciplinary charter of law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation", in the Disciplinary charter approved by this Decree and in the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of December 21, 2016 No. 699

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of October 14, 2012 No. 1377 "About the Disciplinary charter of law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 43, Art. 5808; 2014, No. 27, Art. 3754; 2016, No. 50, Art. 7077; 2017, No. 15, the Art. 2167) and in the Disciplinary charter of law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation approved by this Decree, the following changes:

a) to state Item 2 of the Decree in the following edition:

"2. Determine that on the staff of the law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation attached to federal bodies of the government, other state bodies (bodies) or the organizations, the Disciplinary charter of law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation extends taking into account the features of service established by the legislation of the Russian Federation in the specified bodies (organizations).";

b) in the Disciplinary charter:

state Article 31 in the following edition:

"31. Measures of encouragement appear orders of the head (chief) and are led up to the employee personally, before system or at meeting (meeting).";

in Article 42 of the word "in three-day time" shall be replaced with words "within seven working days";

state Article 53 in the following edition:

"53. The authority punishment imposed on the employee by the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation or the authorized head is considered removed or after one year from the date of its imposing, or from the date of the publication of the order on encouragement in the form of early withdrawal of the authority punishment which is earlier imposed on the employee. The authority punishment announced publicly in oral form is considered removed after one month from the date of its imposing.".
