the customs applicant is included in the list of the systemically important organizations of the Russian economy;

concerning the customs applicant the Arbitration Court takes interim measures in the form of suspension of action of the decision of customs authority and prohibition to customs authority to make actions for recovery by enforcement of customs payments, special, anti-dumping, compensatory duties, penalty fee.
