The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Determine that:

as authorized banks, stipulated in Item 2 Presidential decrees of the Russian Federation of May 27, 2022 No. 322 "About temporary procedure for obligation fulfillment before some owners" (further - authorized banks), can act credit institutions with the level of credit rating not lower than the level "A" on national rating scale for the Russian Federation of credit rating agency Analytical Credit Rating Agency (Joint-stock company) or credit rating not lower than the ruA level on national rating scale for the Russian Federation of credit rating agency Joint-stock company "Expert RA Rating agency as of June 1, 2022;

the credit institution which is conforming to requirements of paragraph two of this Item and made the decision to perform activities of authorized bank publishes data on the specified decision on the official site in the Internet and notifies all other credit institutions specified in the paragraph the second this Item and also the Central bank of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation on this decision;

the credit institution is considered authorized bank from the date of to which it sent the notification provided by the paragraph third this Item.
