ORDER OF THE MINISTER OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About modification of the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 27, 2016 No. 83 "About approval of Rules of provision by the accepting persons of information on the immigrants staying at them, and also transit of foreigners and stateless persons on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 27, 2016 No. 83 "About approval of Rules of provision by the accepting persons of information on the immigrants staying at them, and also transit of foreigners and stateless persons on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 13715) the following change:

in Rules of provision by the accepting persons of information on the immigrants staying at them, and also transit of the foreigners and stateless persons on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified order:

state Item 5 in the following edition:

"5. Notifications go by the following methods:

submission of the notification it is on paper direct in law-enforcement bodies to the addresses posted on the website mvd.gov.kz;

through the EIS "Golden eagle" Visa and migratory portal by means of the personal digital signature through the www.vmp.gov.kz or egov.kz websites;

through the information system "e-Qonag" by means of the www.eqonaq.kz website users of the specified system.".

2. To provide to committee of migratory service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.
