Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About transfer of the state company "Asel Studio under Fund for Management of State-owned Property under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in Maintaining Administration of the President and Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 5, 2015 to No. 346.
2. To fund for management of state-owned property under the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure to consider question of liquidation of the nonfunctioning state company "the Asel Studio.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
