About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of providing the organizations of consumer cooperation with the modern machinery and equipment I decide:

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 2, 2015 No. 146 "About financing of purchase of the modern machinery and equipment" the following changes:

1.1. third parts one of subitem 1.1 of Item 1 to add the paragraph with words ", the organizations of consumer cooperation";

1.2. in part one of Item 7-2 of the word to "agricultural organizations and the organizations of housing and communal services" shall be replaced with words to "agricultural organizations, the organizations of housing and communal services and the organizations of consumer cooperation";

1.3. to add Item 8-1 after the paragraph of the fifth with the paragraph of the following content:

"the organizations of consumer cooperation - the consumer societies, their unions and the organizations created by them which are a part of the system of the Belarusian republican union of consumer societies;";

1.4. paragraph two of Item 1 of the Regulations on procedure and conditions of the provision of subsidies for repayment of part of leasing payments approved by the Decree to state in the following edition:

"to agricultural organizations, organizations of housing and communal services and organizations of consumer cooperation:".

2. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
