About change of the resolution of the State boundary committee of the Republic of Belarus of February 3, 2016 No. 3

1. Bring in the resolution of the State boundary committee of the Republic of Belarus of February 3, 2016 No. 3 "About procedure for issue and withdrawal of permissions to implementation of economic activity at check points" the following changes:

state subitem 1.1 in the following edition:

"1.1. The state boundary committee (further – State frontier committee) permissions to implementation of economic activity at check points through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus (further if other is not established, – permission), except for Items of the simplified omission, are issued to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (further – the interested person) for implementation of economic activity;";

subitems 1. 1.3 and 1.7 to exclude 2,;

state subitems 1.5 and 1.6 in the following edition:

"1.5. the decision on issue of permission or on refusal in its issue is accepted by State frontier committee;

1.6. permission is drawn up in form according to appendix 2;";

1.2. to be reworded as follows appendices 1-1 and 2 to this resolution (are applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective since March 27, 2022.
