Some questions of holding actions of the state control of compliance with law of foodstuff, sterns, by-products of animal origin, health and wellbeing of animals, the state veterinary health control and cargo importation on customs area of Ukraine in the period of warlike situation
According to Item 6-1 of the Section X "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About the state control of compliance with law about foodstuff, sterns, by-products of animal origin, health and wellbeing of animals" and Item 3-1 of the Section XVII "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About veterinary medicine" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. No. 345 is excluded according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 28.03.2025
2. Determine that for warlike situation events of the state veterinary health control are held taking into account the following features:
in case of import of veterinary medicines events of the state veterinary health control are held based on information on availability in the State register of veterinary medicines approved by Public service on safety issues of foodstuff and consumer protections, medicines which are imported;
in case of import of substances for production of veterinary medicines events of the state veterinary health control are held based on information on availability in the State register of veterinary medicines approved by Public service on safety issues of foodstuff and consumer protections, veterinary medicines for which production substances, and also information from the leaflet insert (instruction) to the specified veterinary medicines that substances which are imported are their part are imported.
3. Determine that for warlike situation cargo importation on customs area of Ukraine is allowed taking into account the following features:
