About modification of the Regulations on procedure for submission of data on structure of property of bank

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 34 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of creation of premises for implementation of paperless technologies in the financial sector and full transition to electronic document management in the National Bank of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Make to the section II of Provisions on procedure for submission of data on structure of property of the bank approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 21, 2015 No. 328 (with changes), the following changes:

1) in Item 12 of the word "the original or the notarized copy of such agreement" shall be replaced with words "on paper and/or electronic media the original or the copy of such agreement certified by signatures of the parties of this agreement or notarially";

2) in Item 16:

in paragraph one of the word "or upon the demand of National Bank" to exclude;

exclude paragraph two.

2. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
