About modification of the Regulations on the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 18, 2013 No. 1038 "About the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 47, the Art. 6117).

Changes which are made to Regulations on the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation

1. Add with subitem 5.2.111 of the following content:

"5.2.111. procedure for submission of information on the capital construction projects included in the federal register of incomplete capital construction projects in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation about town-planning activities and procedure for development, approval and monitoring of the course of implementation of the actions plan on decrease in quantity of objects of construction in progress;".

2. Add with subitem 5.10 (1) the following content:

"5.10 (1). performs coordination of activities of federal executive bodies for decrease in quantity of the capital construction projects included in the federal register of incomplete capital construction projects in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation about town-planning activities;".
