About change of the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of August 2, 2019 No. 34
Based on Item 6 of article 100 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 10, 2014 No. 129-Z "About customs regulation in the Republic of Belarus" and subitem 10.7 of Item 10 of the Regulations on the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2008 No. 228, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of August 2, 2019 No. 34 "About putting down of marks about release of goods or about cancellation of release of goods" the following changes:
in word preamble "the paragraph of the eighth Item 5 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 22, 2018 No. 490 "About customs regulation" shall be replaced with words "Item 6 of article 100 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 10, 2014 No. 129-Z "About customs regulation in the Republic of Belarus";
the paragraph one of subitem 1.1 of Item 1 to state in the following edition:
"1.1. in case of release of goods in case of use of transport (transportation) and business documents (further - shipping documents) in quality:".
2. This resolution becomes effective since July 25, 2022.
