About change of resolutions of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus

Based on part eight of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 20, 2006 No. 161-Z "About drug circulation", paragraph two of subitem 8.14-1 of Item 8 and subitem 9.1 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2011 No. 1446, of part two of Item 3 of the Regulations on procedure and conditions of implementation of state registration (confirmation of state registration) of medicines approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 1, 2015 No. 254, of part two of item 4 of the Regulations on procedure and conditions of the implementation of state registration of strategically important medicines approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 8, 2021 No. 570, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in item 4 of the Instruction about procedure for carrying out complex of the preliminary technical works preceding the state registration of medicines approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of November 2, 2020 No. 93:

in part two of subitem 4.1 of the word "15 calendar" shall be replaced with words "5 workers";

in subitem 4.2:

in part two of the word "60 calendar" shall be replaced with words "30 workers";

in part eight of figure "40" to replace with figures "60";

in part nine of the word "30 calendar" shall be replaced with words "15 workers";

in subitem 4.3:
