9) of Item 3 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"9) construction of facilities for accommodation of the military personnel of National guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan on protection of correctional facilities;";
add Item 3 with subitems 95) and 96) of the following content:
"for office use.".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
