About filling of the certificate of the ST-1 form for the purposes of inclusion of goods in the Eurasian register of manufactured goods

Based on part three of subitem 2.2 of Item 2 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 29, 2021 "About determination of authorized bodies" the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 180

1. Determine that the certificate of origin of the ST-1 form (further - the certificate of the CT-1) form for the purposes of inclusion of goods in the Eurasian register of manufactured goods of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union is filled in in form according to appendix 2 to the Rules of determination of the country of goods' origin which are integral part of the Agreement on Rules of determination of the country of goods' origin in the Commonwealth of Independent States of November 20, 2009 (further - Rules of determination of the country of goods' origin), and according to the criteria of determination of the country of goods' origin provided in Rules of determination of the country of goods' origin taking into account the following features:

1.1. in the column 1 "Consignor/exporter (Name and Address)" information on the applicant - the producer of goods is specified (the name (surname, own name, middle name (if that is available) - for the individual entrepreneur), the location (residence);

1.2. in the column 2 "Consignee/importer (Name and Address)" record is made: "For submission to ECE";

1.3. the column 3 "Automobiles and Route (as Far as It Is Known)" is not filled in;

1.4. in column 4 are specified the country which issued the certificate of the CT-1, form - Republic of Belarus and the countries in which for use the data stated in the certificate of the CT-1, form - "state members of EEU", registration certificate number are intended;
