About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning increase in efficiency of the sanctions connected with assets of individuals

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1) in the Code of administrative legal proceedings of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2017, No. 48, the Art. 436):

in Article 20:

in word part two "part one" shall be replaced with words "parts one and third";

add with part three of the following content:

"3. To the supreme anti-corruption court cases on application of the sanction, stipulated in Item 1-1 part one of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About sanctions are jurisdictional";

add Article 22 with part five of the following content:

"5. The supreme anti-corruption court solves administrative cases concerning application of the sanction, stipulated in Item 1-1 part one of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About sanctions" as Trial Court";

add Article 23 with part four of the following content:

"4. The appeal chamber of the Supreme anti-corruption court reviews judgments of the Supreme anti-corruption court in appeal procedure as Appeal Court";

in part one of Articles 268 - to replace the 270th figures "280 - 283" with figures "280 - 283-1";

to add article 272 part one after figures "283" with the word and figures "Article 283-1";

add with Article 283-1 of the following content:

"Article 283-1. Features of production on cases on application of sanctions

1. The action for declaration about application of the sanction, stipulated in Item 1-1 part one of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About sanctions", moves in the Supreme anti-corruption court and shall contain:

1) name of court;

2) name, postal address, and also number of the means of communication of the claimant;
