Article 1

1) in Article 22.1:

a) to state the subitem "k" of Item 1 in the following edition:

"j) the certificate of availability (absence) of criminal record and (or) the fact of criminal prosecution or of the termination of criminal prosecution on the rehabilitating bases issued concerning the physical person registered as the individual entrepreneur, according to the procedure and in form which are determined by the federal executive body performing functions on development and realization of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of internal affairs if this physical person intends to perform the type of business activity included in the list which affirms the Government of the Russian Federation, as the following spheres:

education, education, development of minors, the organization of their rest and improvement, medical support, social protection and social servicing, sport for children and young people, culture and art with participation of minors;

transportations of passengers and baggage by automobile taxi, buses, trams, trolleybuses and railway vehicles of extra street transport.
