Article 1

Part 2 of Article 44 to add 1) with Item 4.7 of the following content:

"4. 7) decision making about the choice of management company;";

2) regarding 1 Article 46 of the word "Items 1. 4.2 parts 2 of Article 44" shall be replaced with words 1, "Items 1. 1, 4, 4.2 and 4.7 parts 2 of Article 44";

3) Article 160 to add with part 4 following of content:

"4. By the Federal Laws, the laws of subjects of the Russian Federation and regulatory legal acts of local government bodies it can be determined that compensations for expenses on payment of premises and utilities to citizens are provided by money transfer to person to whom according to article 155 of this Code the payment for premises and utilities is brought.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective since September 1, 2022.
