About modification of the Budget code of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1.

Bring in the Budget code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2016, No. 5, the Art. 398) the following changes:

"13. After completion of transactions according to the assumed budget obligations of the current fiscal year balance of the relevant budget on the Single treasurer account is considered in the budget of the next fiscal year as remaining balance for the beginning of the next fiscal year, except for means of Road fund.

Unused balances of means of Road fund are postponed to the next fiscal year as remaining balance for the beginning of the next fiscal year.".
